The grieving process is different for each and every person- there is no proper way to grieve, and there are no time limits to grieving. We will meet you where you are in your process, and support you through the waves of emotions that you feel. 

There are many forms of grief and loss, which are not limited to the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship or marriage, losing a job, or beloved pet. During the grieving process, people around us tend to try and help by fixing, giving advice, or even stepping back because it's not a topic most are comfortable with.
