Hi I’m Kaylee! I’m a Registered Psychotherapist with a passion for helping individual adults and youth through their healing journey. I meet my clients where they're at, always.

My approach to therapy is rooted in human connection while challenging my clients when needed. The modalities I pull from are Somatic Experiencing, Trauma Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST), Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I hold a MA. in Counselling Psychology.

I believe every behaviour and thought has a purpose- whether it serves you today or not. Our job together is to explore this without judgement, and explore ways to move through life without the behaviours that don't serve you any longer. We will build on your existing skills, and I will teach you new skills that fit for you!

Welcome!  

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I am currently finishing my Masters of Counselling Psychology, and Hypnotherapy Certificate . I work with youth (10+) and adults virtually.
 

I provide a relaxing, safe space to explore your most inner experiences and through a compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach, we will embark on a collaborative journey of self-growth.  I am deeply committed to making sure you feel accepted, heard, and valued. Through a mutually agreed upon treatment plan tailored to your needs, we can identify and lean on your strengths to formulate the tools for your success.
 

I take a holistic collaborative client centered approach, drawing from a variety of modalities such as mindfulness, CBT, narrative, and solution focused. In this relaxing environment I make sure I leave room for humour and down to earth connections.
